Principle

The Viral RNA system utilizes properity reagents and spin column method for efficient Viral RNA extraction from Non segment RNA genome virus, such as Covid-19, HIV, HCV (Non Influenza, Adenovirus and other segment RNA genome virus), and from all type of biological fluids, serum, plasma, body fluids, and cell culture supernatant. The system has no need of phenol/chloroform extraction, and centrifugation with CsCl gradients nor precipitation with LiCl or ethanol. Viral RNA purified within A₂₆₀/A₂₈₀ ratio of 1.9~2.1.
