Principle

The Total RNA system utilizes properity reagents and spin column method for efficient total RNA extraction from all type of animal, yeast, and bacteria samples. The system has no need of phenol/chloroform extraction, and centrifugation with CsCl gradients nor precipitation with LiCl or ethanol. Total RNA purified within A260/A280 ratio of 1.9~2.1.
