100 bp DNA Ladder:

Viogene 100 bp DNA Ladder consists of 13 double-strand, blunt-end DNA fragments with szies of 3000, 2000, 1500, 1000, 900, 800, 700, 600, 500, 400, 300, 200 and 100 base pairs. The high intensity band of 500 bp is two time brighter than all other bands. Premixed with DNA loading dye.

Concerntration of loading volume:
Approximately 100 ng/µl and load 4µl/lane for mini agarose gel.
